This book, the journey of Allow Accept Release, has been a labour of love, hard work, self-reflection and often, a way to delve into my own search for answers to the predicament people face and the difficulty they find themselves in. My thoughts and contemplations in this book are based on years of spiritual practices and training materials I have applied in my training sessions. Many of my deliberations which I have shared in the book have been referenced from great authors, speakers, trainers, and coaches but my greatest inspirations come from the Bhagavad Gita. Through this book, I hope to implore you to discover your true nature, live fully and accept things beyond your control.
